How Do I Place A Custom Order?
Just contact us with what you're looking for and we will work with you over email to create what you're looking for.
What if I don't live in the US or Canada, can I still order?
Of course you can, we have our Etsy site for that, just search DrkndCrafts or find the DrkndCraftsShop on Etsy and you've found us! We also have a link on the bottom of our pages that leads you right to it!
How much do I have to buy for it to be considered Wholesale/Bulk?
Most of our bulk orders start at 50 items. If you are buying multiple items (more than 3) we can make the minimum 20 per items for bulk orders.
How does your rewards program work?
For every purchase you make on our website you get 10% back in rewards points to be used on your next purchase! So make sure you are signed in for your purchases and also sign up with us to get email alerts of website sales and Etsy sales!
Where do I find Clip On Choices?
Most of our earrings choices allow you to choose gold or silver tones for dangle earrings and there is a silver option for studs.
What materials are your earrings made of?
We have some that are made from plated brass, some stainless steel and some that are sterling silver. Each listing will list the material of the piercing to help you distinguish each earring. All of our earrings are hypoallergenic, but if you have any allergies please let us know just in case.
What currency are your prices?
We are priced in Canadian Dollars. We are a Canadian company and ship from Eastern New Brunswick. If you are shopping in the states please use the currency converter option to switch to USD pricing.
